These young lady chargers are ready to go. They took home first place beating North Knox 21 to 37. Each one of them has a goal before the race and they are eager to make that goal happen! Tonight, Indiana Hill placed first with a time of 13:35, and Sadie Franklin came in second with a time of 13:36. Both girls battled each other the entire race and pushed one another to the finish line. The next four lady charger runners packed together the whole race and did a great job, these girls took places five, six, seven and eight. The pack helped us a lot, the girls were Kaebri Yon (14:20), Khloe Nixon (14:21), Elliot Heeman (14:21), and Eastyn Knight (15:18). These girls were then followed by Emersyn Staake (17:22), Abigail Popp who had a personal best of 19:44, and Mia Query (20:14). These girls did their very best tonight and worked hard for tonight's win. The PCMS boys had two runners tonight, Aiken Whitehead placing third after losing a tough battle at the end of the race, but he still had a personal record of 13:33. Jase Cowan came in second for our boys but eighth overall and did a fantastic job working on his form. He too had a personal record tonight with a time of 15:13. Way to go boys!
