Pike Central Middle/High School Athletics

Nice relaxed meet tonight, around 40ish girls ran during the girls race. Our girls took home second place. We had four girls in the top ten those girls are, Indy Hill took 3rd place with a time of 12:03, Said Franklin took 5th place with a time of 12:25, Eastyn Knight took 8th place with a time of 13:14, and Kaebri Yon took 10th place with a time of 13:17. Elliot Heeman, placed 11th, Khloe Nixon placed 12th, Emersyn Staake placed 22nd, Abigail Popp placed 28th, and Mia Query placed 29th. All these girls did amazing tonight and are preparing for two more meets this week. Aiken Whitehead was our one boy in the race of 30 boys. He ran his little heart out, and placed 8th with a time of 12:48. He did an amazing job, staying focused and not losing placing while being the only boy for our team.
